Welcome to our Milford home, 10 minutes to the Surf on the Delaware Bay, and 15 minutes to Delaware Turf Sports Complex. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you and your family to enjoy. We have a minimalist style with uncluttered spaces, while providing everything we think you will need for a comfortable stay. SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Welcome to Mary's Place! Wait until you see the amazing views from the roof deck, which overlooks the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The Sunsets are spectacular, and it's a bird watchers dream! Mary's Place has a large screened porch and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy walks on the beach along the Delaware Bay, which is directly across the street. Bikes are available for your enjoyment. Dogfish Brewery and several restaurants are less than 10 miles away in the town of Milton.

THE RIVER HOUSE @ DE TURF ! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home accommodates large groups traveling to Delaware Turf for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey tournaments. Four living areas and a central kitchen, multiple families can use this home at the same time. 2 sets of bunks in each bunk room! The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!

Charming Historical Red Roof Home

Charming home close to the DE Truf fields and 40 minutes to the Delaware beaches, Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. This charming house is two main bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Then a living room with TV(Amazon fire stick ), Kitchen and a open space room for reading with two love seats. On site parking is available and on the street parking is available as well.
