Your kids will love the playground, and basketball court across the street. Home includes 4x full size beds and 2 full baths. Home is about a 4 block walk to the beach entrance. Enjoy the included bikes or 6 person surrey! House comes equipped with a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and firepit.

This large 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in charming magnolia boasts a large, gourmet kitchen, finished basement, and an inground pool. On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Mini Aruba RV/ Glamping Tent

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.

As a courtesy, current rates are being held until new photography is released. Early reservations offer the opportunity to experience the full update at existing pricing.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & 1 queen bed included. Upon request Queen Air Mattress or Twin Bed can be provided.
