Charming home centrally located in the Westbrae Berkeley neighborhood with local restaurant favorites, natural food markets, cafes and Solano Avenue all within walking distance. Easy access to local transit, freeway and conveniently located across from Ohlone bike trail & BART connecting much of the East Bay as well as a large open grass area featuring a ring of Redwoods and Codornices creek to explore. Your host family lives next door and will help you with anything you need during your stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Oakland Hills are filled with amazing hiking, this location is great for day trips to Napa (35 miles), San Francisco (11 miles) or Carmel (120 m). Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.

Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

Kensington Quarters is a stunningly remodeled guest apartment w/ new private deck retreat. Centrally located in coveted neighborhood in the Kensington/Berkeley Hills. Boutique hotel-like living room, bedroom, full kitchen, and full bath with walk in shower. Strolling (1/2 block) distance to Kensington Village. On central bus lines to downtown Berkeley (2 m) and San Francisco (11 m), 1.1 m from Bart station. Includes dedicated parking spot. Host is available for any needs or recommendations.

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

An open-concept, one-bedroom, 2-story home in University Uplands. Pleasantly tucked into Claremont Canyon. This home was built in 1969 and belonged to renowned architectural historian Spiro Kostof. It is a peaceful space tucked against the hillside, surrounded by nature. You’ll feel like you’re staying in the country, when in fact, you’re only 5 minutes away from UC Berkeley and BART, with easy access to San Francisco.
