Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Private Victorian Courtyard Studio w/wood burner

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow STEEP STEPS lead down to the private front door, these may NOT be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove and central heating. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. Swallow Barn is a converted old cow shed on an organic mixed farm that is teeming with both flora and fauna. Great for picturesque walks or a visit to the historic market town of Tetbury or cirencester. A peaceful getaway with occasional noises of farm machinery or farm animals.

Hawthorn Lodge is close to some of the most beautiful walks in Wiltshire, with access direct from the door, as it is situated at the foot of historic Roundway Hill. The lodge has recently been fitted out, and all fittings are new, and of a high quality. Perfect for pets, as the lodge is set in it's own secure garden. New large hot tub, which is accessed direct from the bedroom, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated before arrival of every guest. Very quiet private rural setting.

Use the small house as a base to explore and enjoy a true Cotswold experience.

Country Coach-house

Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The coach house includes a kingsize bed, sofa, TV, Wi-fi and separate shower room. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
