Welcome to our spacious beach apartment, near the green lush dunes and sandy beaches of Zandvoort. The surrounding area offers endless walks in the 'Waterleiding Duinen', a stunning and protected nature reserve. As well as the beautiful beaches and dunes. We provide 2 bikes (for free), so you can get around easily. The supermarket, farmacie & shops are within a 10 min. walk. City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.
