Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Convenient for the races, events at Springwood, beautiful countryside and just an hours drive from Edinburgh.

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

The village has everything you need; pub, small shop, butcher and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking routes up the Cheviot Hills. It is also an ideal base for hikers on the Pennine Way and cyclists completing the Borderloop Cycle Route.
