A nice little cottage "Sunnukot" which is a renovated studio near a private house in a quiet area by the sea. It is located in the town of Kópavogur next to the capital Reykjavík which is easily accessible by bus. The first bus stop is just situated in the street above, few minutes walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Reykjavík center by car. Fully equipped kitchen and good dining area. Private bathroom with a shower. All linen and towels are provided. Supermarkets are close by.

Besides all the interesting marine villages and incomparable natural beauty here on Reykjanes peninsula, it´s worth visiting the active volcano, Blue Lagoon, Krýsuvík hot springs, Reykjanes lighthouse, the bridge between continents, all surrounded the spectacular lava formations.

Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊
