Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

Wir liegen in der Nähe (Entfernung 800m) des Ortszentrums von Neumarkt im Mühlkreis und sind mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr (800m bergauf) gut zu erreichen. Besonders freut es uns, dass wir direkt am Pferdeeisenbahn-Wanderweg liegen.

Naše chata se nachází na polosamotě v lese u řeky Stropnice. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Unsere kleine charmante Wohnung (ca. 25 qm) befindet sich in einem historischen Stadthaus mitten im Linzer Zentrum. Die renovierte Erdgeschosswohnung schaut mit 3 Terrassentüren auf ein private Terrasse in einem ruhigen Innenhof. Auf Anfrage können wir um 18,-/24h einen Parkplatz bei uns anbieten!
