It has toys, a camping-themed playroom, and a spacious garden—great for families with kids. Enjoy seaside walks, stargazing, and a calm escape from the city. The beach is 10 minutes away on foot, with surf spots and golf nearby. Free parking for two cars. We’d love for you to stay at least 3 nights to enjoy Aoshima’s charm.

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

The house has a capacity of 4 adults, but it can accommodate 6 people including children. Please contact us in advance. The house is equipped with an automatic hot water heater and a dishwasher to ensure a comfortable stay. There is no fence on the deck, so please be careful to keep an eye on small children.

160年の古民家を2023年にリノベーションしました。総敷地700坪（2300㎡）、建物170㎡ととても広々としています。熊本城まで車で8分の距離にありながら、喧騒から離れて落ち着いてゆっくりくつろいでいただけるコテージです。お庭には、160年以上前からある大きなクスノキや、黒松、紅葉、竹林など木々やお花にあふれていて、四季折々の木々や草花を堪能していただけます。ホストが隣接する建物に住んでおりますので、何かと安心してお過ごしいただけます。大きく深呼吸をして、心からリフレッシュしてください。 ●ご留意点 ・木々が生い茂る庭があるため、蚊や虫が多くいます。虫はどうしても苦手という方はお楽しみいただくことが難しいかもしれません。 ・当施設は、とても静かな住宅地にあります。20時以降、お庭やデッキでの大きな声での会話はお控えください。
