Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει κάθε σας επιθυμία,οποιαδήποτε εποχή επιλέξετε να μας επισκεφτείτε. Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Στείρι ,το οποίο συνδυάζει ιστορία,περιπέτεια, βουνό και θάλασσα.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5χιλ έξω από Ξυλόκαστρο στην περιοχή Καμάρι. Είναι ένα χωριό που βρέχεται από θάλασσα και είναι γνωστό για τις γραφικές του παραλίες.Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν έως 4 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά. Είναι παραθαλάσσιο, διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και αυλή και είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που μπορεί να χρειαστείτε κατά την διαμονή σας. Είναι κατάλληλο για καλοκαίρι αλλά και χειμώνα.

Ο ξενώνας μας βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Στείρι Βοιωτίας, στους πρόποδες του Βουνού Ελικώνας, μόλις 20 χλμ από την Αράχωβα και 16 χλμ από την θάλασσα, είναι ιδανικός προορισμός για τις χειμερινές και καλοκαιρινές διακοπές σας. Το κατάλυμα μας προσφέρει ζεστασιά, απομόνωση και υπέροχη θέα στο βουνό του Παρνασσού καθώς βρίσκεται σε πλαγιά, στο ψηλότερο σημείο του χωριού.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
