A 3-minute walk from the cute little beach of Kolones or the organized beach of Batsi bay. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and mountain with breathtaking sunrises. There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.

Summer Guesthouse

Summer Guesthouse is part of a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.
