Oak Ranch on Rose Place

This adorable 1880's town home is decorated in original, pristine condition, ranch oak furniture from 1950's. This furniture was manufactured in the beautiful south west, and remains very collectible even today. We have also taken advantage of the western theme by adding Native American pieces through out the house. The space is almost 1000 square feet with full kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath. We are located within walking distance of the downtown entertainment district.

The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.
