We continue to improve this house every week It was an abandoned tractor repair facility. Just outside of Delta this four bedroom three bathroom house features all new beds, appliances and smart TVs Walking distance to Gunnison bend reservoir. The beach is only a few minutes away by car. Perfect for work groups I work in the shop onsite
