The Sonoran Traveler Suite is #3 of the 5 rooms at Spin & Margie's Desert Hideaway, a quiet oasis retreat on 29 Palms Highway, less than 5 minutes from the center of Joshua Tree. This homey room has a kitchen and a small second room with single bed perfect for children, family or a friend. The room has its own separate mini-courtyard, which lets out into our larger shared area. Situated on 2+ acre private grounds with a beautiful pool. Peaceful, secluded, yet close to town and the National Park.

Betelgeuse Suite, named after the red supergiant star, is one of our five rooms available. This private room features a queen-sized pillow top mattress, 100% cotton, high thread count linens, flat screen TV with streaming channels, mini fridge, Kuerig, stone tiled bathroom with walk in shower, fresh towels, a private balcony with stunning views overlooking Strawberry Creek. Access to lobby with fireplace, kitchen, bbq, deck and hot tub are potentially community areas, tho often not fully booked

The Bungalows by Homestead Modern, Deluxe Suite

The 14 suites at The Bungalows are located on the historic Joshua Tree Retreat Center campus, surrounded by serenity and stunning views of Joshua Trees, just a mile from The Village and National Park. Newly renovated to honor midcentury architecture, they offer modern comforts. The Bungalows feature ample communal outdoor space and access to the Retreat Center pool. We have growing traffic on our main road; winter & spring, especially Feb-April events, bring staggering amounts of visitors to PS, as well as rains, flooding, & road closures, routing large vehicles down our street. Our guests love it here but we had our first complaint so noting it for light sleepers & those seeking ample quietude.
