Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Spacious Garden Cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage has an en- suite bathroom, which has a shower. It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. The cottage has wifi and a TV that has Netflix and DSTV. We are 4 km from Sandton City and 3,5km from Rosebank Mall. Secure road with boomed security. Within walking distance of shops and local restaurants/takeaways.

The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

Private, safe, clean, modern outside room with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower based in the leafy superb of Craighall Park. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.
