Kitchen seats four with eat in table. Keurig one cup coffee, breakfast snacks, coffee, bottled water complimentary. All new appliances. Everything you should need for comfortable stay provided. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

This quaint historic cottage, "The Hunter-Stevens Law Office", (c. 1855) is located in the heart of historic downtown New Bern, steps away from shopping, dining, and the waterfront. The cottage sits on the property of the historic Coor-Cook residence (c. 1790), known as the "Stanley Hospital, Officer's Ward" during the Union Army occupation of New Bern. The cottage originally served as the law office of Mr. Geoffrey Stevens, a prior resident of the Coor-Cook house.
