Cheerful 1 Bedroom Tiny Container House on Stilts

Located 25 min. East of Little Rock, this Tiny House is a one of a kind stay! The red custom tiny container house was hand designed & built by the owner. It is located less than a mile from I-40 & Arkansas HWY 70. Nice elongated front porch with peaceful overlook of ponds. Entire house to yourself. Not only will your stay be 'in the air' but Breakfast will be included in your stay(if desired). One full couch, tv, indoor fireplace, one bunk bed & everything accommodable for your stay is here!

With 3 bedrooms, a spacious backyard, and fabulous amenities, you or/and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy what the natural state has to offer. With the light traffic of Little Rock, you can easily get around to your favorite places like the Simmons Bank Arena, the Clinton Presidential Library, the River Market, or even just downtown all in about 10 minutes. This unit is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room in a triplex. No shared areas except the large backyard. There are separate parking spaces, walkways, and entry doors for each unit. The internet speed is fast! up to 100 Mbps. 65" Smart-TV with soundbar in living room. Master bedroom also has a Smart-TV. King/queen beds are very comfortable (not extremely soft, definitely not firm). The dining and living rooms are open spaces so one can eat and visit without missing a moment.

It is located only a mile away from one of Arkansas’ best golf courses, 5 miles to the highway and 15 minutes from the Air Force Base. Due to the country setting, this cottage is not handicap accessible.
