Nalazi se u prirodnom, mirnom okruženju, zadovoljiti će sve one koji se žele opustiti i uživati u krugu obitelji ili prijatelja. S gornjeg kata kuće, gdje se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama, sa terase se pruža veličanstven i otvoreni pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Skladan interijer pruža osjećaj ugode i smirenosti.

Apartmani Marija smješteni su u blizini najvećeg istarskog grada,Pule u malenom mjestu pod nazivom Štinjan(5 km).U mjestu se nalaze vrlo posebne,autohtone, privatne kuće sa vrtovima i zelenilom.Zastupljene su dvije trgovine mješovitom robom,škola,vrtići,crkva.U neposrednoj okolini ima nekoliko restorana i barova na samoj obali mora koje se nalazi 10 min.hoda. Mjesto je vrlo tiho i ugodno za odmor.U kući,na katu,živi nona Marija koja je jako dobar i srdačan domaćin.Dobro nam došli.

Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
