Situated in the southern- Spanish border with Portugal, the apartement is 40 min by car from Faro Airport and 1.2h from Sevilla Airport. Kindly note swimming pools are closed from October to April. Pool open all year but well maintained only from June 1st to Sept 30th. 5 minutes walk from the central beach, 5 minutes walk from a large convenience store and 2 minutes drive from Mercadona. There are restaurants close by but some close out of season. 5 min by car from the center of Isla Cristina. A/C and heat in each room + 2 portable radiators. One double bed 135 cm, 2 beds 90x200cm, 1 sofa cama 120 cm when opened.

Precioso chalet adosado en Ayamonte.Ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila. A dos minutos andando de comestibles, cafeterías, farmacia, Iglesia.... A 700 m del centro y a 4 km. de las playas . Gran jardín privado de 250 m. con césped, árboles, patio y zona de esparcimiento con barbacoa , tumbonas... bajo la sombra de la glicinia. Acceso desde la calle y garaje privados. Recién reformada, a estrenar. Decorada con mucho mimo. Las mascotas son bien recibidas.
