The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped, a toilet, a large terrace with sea views, and a parking space. It’s an ideal place to relax or even work, as it includes two desks. The complex offers common areas, Swimming pool (June 15 - September 15), a playground, and padel courts. It is located right next to a sailing school and near the marina and golf course.

Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.
