On the top of the studio we have a pool with jacuzzi, balcony in front of the pool facing the ocean and gazebo. Lots of natural sorroundings, mangroves, beaches and the sound of the ocean. Pets are not allowed.

There is a living room with a sofa, ceiling fan, AC, a flat screen tv as well as a small fold out ottoman bed suitable for a child. There is a fully equipped kitchen with eating area and full bathroom with LED mirror. There are 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler…enjoy!

Our property is located in a secluded neighborhood & is 1 of 3 houses overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view of the ocean is breath taking. Our property has a spacious outdoor deck set beside a massive Australian pine. There are hammocks & outdoor seating. The studio is 1 of 3 apartments on our property. They are located on the large deck with and are fully equipped for 2 guests. A car is a must, we are not walking distance to the beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the hill.
