Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

L’appartamento è parte di un complesso a picco sul mare che ha un grande giardino condominiale, uno spazio riservato dove poter mangiare sotto le stelle e a picco sul mare ed usare il barbecue

Nella favolosa cornice del territorio calabrese, questa casa di campagna è un punto previlegiato da cui visitare la Locride. L'immenso giardino della casa di circa due ettari è un'enorme terrazza panoramica privata da cui si gode di una vista mare unica. La piscina, attrezzata di lettini e ombrelloni, vi riempirà di voglia di trascorrere intere giornate e rilassarvi e a godere della pace della campagna. La casa si affitta a uso esclusivo. Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
