Centrally located in Los Angeles, LAX, DTLA, sports stadiums, beaches, and Hollywood are all within 20 minutes. With all the top appliances and updates made everyone’s guaranteed to love their stay!

A beautifully appointed house 2 mins walk to Bronson Canyon hiking trails, 8 mins drive to the heart of Hollywood. Indoors/outdoors living with delightful deck areas, fire pit, gas grill and jacuzzi, secure parking, laundry and hi speed internet. One master bedroom. (2nd bedroom is a music studio, which can also be available). Perfect for professionals and vacationers alike. Quiet residential street with no through traffic and neighbors in close proximity; not suitable for loud/late partying.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

Location provides easy access to the beach, local restaurants, Sofi Stadium, shops, and LAX. El Segundo is the perfect spot for a layover in LA or for exploring the attractions in and around SoCal.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Full kitchen, dining area and living room are downstairs. Laundry room is downstairs. You can park in our drive way in front of double door garage.
