Comfortable Maisonette in the centre of town

This 54 m² ground floor maisonette in central Ierapetra is ideal for exploring the southernmost town of Europe. It’s a five-minute walk to beaches, supermarkets, banks, and the archaeological museum. The intercity bus station is 15–20 min on foot. Two free parking areas are under 200 m from the maisonette, with another on the seaside road behind the Municipal Library. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

The flat is suitable both for single travellers, couples and families. It was built and furbished in 2021, with all new equipment installed. It is centrally located in the city of Ierapetra, the moust southern city in Europe, with walking distance to beaches, shops, tavernas, cafés and car rental offices. Every Saturday there is a popular farmer's market at the end of the road.
