Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Fully renovated home, nice new furnishings. Comfy mattress's & bedding. We have provided everything so all you have to do is relax! 4 large smart TV's in home, each room is its own retreat. Backyard is shaded w/ covered patio, hot tub, BBQ area & beach area. Great Central Boise Location, close to the village & easy access to downtown. Quiet neighborhood great for families. The garage is not available for use.
