This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. This street has the most restaurants/bars/clubs in north/mid cape! The closest beach to the house is 5 minutes away, and the best beach in the cape Mayflower only 25 minutes away. House does have an accessory dwelling downstairs that someone lives in. They have their own private driveway and entrance.
