You have exclusive use of this apartment. You will not be sharing anything with other guests. We are right in the middle of downtown, on the main street. It is really fun to walk around and people on this street. All the main attractions of the city centre, like “The Big Church”, Sun Voyager, Harpa Concert Hall, Parliament Square, Town Hall, City Pond, Rainbow Street are all walking distance from our front door. There are about 100 restaurants, coffee houses and bars within walking distance.

With a beautiful 360° scenery and a grand pateo you can enjoy mesmerizing sunsets and spectacular northern lights showings, given the complete lack of light pollution. It's the photohgrapher's dream location. Eyjafjallajökull and Seljalandsfoss can be seen from the apartment. 4x4 is necessary during winter as the path leading to the house can get very snowy.

Vorsabær Apartment is very well located for couples travelling in the Golden Circle area. Please notice we are 25 minutes drive from Selfoss town in the middle of the Golden circle area. From here there are 15 minutes to Flúðir, 30 minutes to Þjórsárdalur and within 45 minutes to Geysir, Gullfoss and þingvellir Nationalpark. Check in is very easy, a keybox outside the door. It’s a great stopover on your way to or from Keflavik airport if you’re sightseeing the south coast of Iceland.
