The home is a two story true log cabin with 2 king beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and all of the amenities of a great stay with the classic details of a log home. We have seating for the family around the table, excellent Wi-Fi, a great fire ring out front, and so much more. We're only a few blocks from the beach and right off the Davis bayou!

Peaceful Backyard Suite

Ideal for longer term stays. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Shade trees can be seen through the fixed windows near the cathedral ceiling. Feels as though you are in a treehouse! 1 queen bed or couch for sleep. (Linens available). House is new and within a fenced yard. It’s to the rear of owner’s home and backs up to a flower nursery. Very quiet. Great place to study, work online, or just relax. Porch on front with swing. Ask about pets for short term. No cats.

Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located home located in the Tillman's corner area of Mobile, AL. The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture.
