Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

We offer free private parking in the back of our home and patio access, which you will share with the host. Our home is located in the border of Edgewood/Brookland DC and close to many restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, and our personal favorite, the metropolitan branch trail. We are a 10-min walk to the red-line metro, and a 15-min bike or drive to the national mall (US Capitol/museums).

Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.
