Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Hargens Carriage House

This Carriage House is in the heart of downtown Hot Springs & across the street from Moccasin Hot Springs Spa. Our yellow victorian home sits high on a hill which creates a feeling of privacy. The home was built in 1889 before the road, electricity or plumbing. The Carriage House, where guests stay, was used by Charles Hargans Jr , a Saturday Post artist. We made it the cozy place it is today. We offer a clean & comfortable stay in our historic sandstone town! Walk the town from our spot!

Treehouse Yurt Lead Black Hills SD Mickelson Trail

Off grid yurt in the pines, with great view of mystic miner and Terry peak above, on mile 100 of beautiful Mickelson trail. Get away to nature (with style and a unique stay)....goulay. not for non-outdoorsy as there is only a half bathroom outhouse, no running water (you get to port it in, great spring pump at nearby Englewood trail-head on Mickelson and running stream for a dip at bottom of hill), no electricity, and a great little wood stove. BEFORE RENTING read other things to note.

Horse Lovers Bunkhouse 2, 'Head Wrangler Cabin'

One of two cabins located on a working quarter horse ranch 4 miles south of Hot Springs. The Bunkhouse has a queen bed and a single bed in a separate room, a full bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi. We have facilities for guest horses. @ 35-50 horses on the ranch Abundant wildlife in the area which includes deer, turkeys, coyotes, foxes, bats, snakes , etc. The other cabin is listed under Bunkhouse.
