Tranquil Trailside is 5 miles from town and just off the highway and the Mickleson Trail. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comes furnished and ready for you and your family to enjoy their next get away. Come kick back and rest in this peaceful 2 acre setting with a full length back patio overlooking a pond, farm land, and the Mickleson Trail. Also included is an attached and enclosed 2 car garage to keep your ride dry and safe during your stay. Main Bedroom has a King size bed with matching dresser for convenient clothes storage during your stay. The Main Bedroom does have an en-suite that if desired can be accessed (or shut off) from the hallway. This bathroom has an oversized tub and separate shower. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser and closet. 3rd Bedroom has a Bunk Bed with full size bed top and bottom. Also there is a trundle bed which pulls out from under the bunk if extra sleeping room is needed. Living room has 2 comfortable Futon Sofas which easily fold out for bed. 2nd Bathroom has an easy access shower, toilet and single sink. Kitchen is well equipped with most all that you would need to cook and serve dinner to the family. Gas stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, cups and lots of counter top space are all here. Clothes washer and dryer are easily accessed in the hallway. Patio has a gas grill, table and chairs for enjoying those quiet evenings.

There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! The Branch on Evergreen is a family friendly duplex with awesome features like a covered porch and soaking tub and fireplace. Although, The Branch isn’t an open concept, it feels like it. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.
