Above it all, escape to your private mountaintop and only minutes from lakes, hiking, downtown and golf. National forest is your backyard and Hot Springs Village is your front yard. Mountaintop is surrounded by lakes & trails. Guests tell us they think it's an amazing view -- 'million-dollar view' --and it's affordable, too! The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.
