Jim and Kathi have created a welcoming Little Country Inn on their mini farm. The Western theme lends a warm welcome and comfortable space for guests. The lovely 2-bedroom brick cottage boasts a spacious living area with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom, and a large country kitchen. The inn sleeps five people, and the large fenced-in yard is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the country sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and turkeys that roam the grounds.

It is extremely convenient to all Hot Springs has to offer. In ten minutes you can be downtown enjoying Bathhouse Row, Central Avenue and Oaklawn Racing and Gaming.

The furtherest ( Lake Ouachita) is only 35 minutes away. Plus, it is minutes from Lake Side Schools. **Clean!!
