Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Our small cozy cabin, newly built in 2021, is stocked with all the essentials you'll need for your home away from home. We offer 1 bedroom and 1 loft, a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, washer and dryer, a peaceful front porch, and a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and more. We offer the best of town and country -- we are located in city limits for quick access to shops and restaurants, and other than our personal residence on the property, there are no neighbors in sight.

This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here.
