Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Coral Beach House Top Floor (New Building)

Enjoy this cozy calm, stylish beach house on the 2nd floor with spectacular views, located 10 minutes from the airport in Sandy Bay, next to Lawson Rock, an ideal place to relax, enjoy beach walks, sunsets, snorkel, paddle boarding. (at the 2nd largest reef in the world) or just read a book and listen to the sounds of the waves at your feet. The apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a futon, outside eating area, hot water, A/C, cable tv, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and books to enjoy.

West Bay Luxury Casita-2 min walk to the Beach!

Located pool side this amazing space is a large open concept with vaulted ceilings. The suite has a queen size bed and a well-appointed bathroom. It features a full kitchen with all you’ll need for your stay. It has a spacious livingroom area, and a separate dining area. Spend your day at our infinity pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical forest and landscaping, just steps from the beach. . There are two 5 star restaurants directly below us on the beach for your dining convenience

The Crabby Cabin is a beautiful cabin for 2. It has a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the ocean. It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

cozy apartment in Utila

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

Beach House in the Trees - Sleeps up to 7!

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
