Spooky Channel Villa is named after one of Roatan's famous dive and snorkel sites, situated a short swim or snorkel straight off of our private dock. Diving and fishing the boats will pick you up right off the end of the dock. Both the house and the dock have outdoor fresh water showers. The Villa is right on the beach on the north shore of the island which highlights nice breezes and amazing sunsets. The patio hammocks and chairs offer the perfect spot for eating, relaxing, or taking a siesta!

The Beach House At The Sanctuary AC Dock Kayak

1000 Sq Ft Beach House with two private bedrooms with One King Bed in the Master and 1 Queen and 1 Twin in the 2nd Bedroom, and two bathrooms. There are also two couch beds in the living room sleeping 5 in Beds and a few more in the living room. It has a full kitchen and a 500 sq ft porch to view the incredible Sandy Bay sunsets. * Please Note: We Require a min stay of 5 nights during high season which Starts end November and Ends Mid May, the 3 night minimum is for Low Season bookings only *

Hummingbird House is a beautiful 2 bedroom home on Utila. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance, both with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Everything on West Bay Beach is within walking distance, so there is very little need for transport. Water taxis available if needed to West End.

My house is on a very private bay with a large dock. It's a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute inexpensive taxi ride to the funky little town of West End, where you'll find excellent restaurants, souvenirs, dive shops, clubs and local shopping. Live music abounds! If you're a diver we can recommend some excellent dive shops. I am just steps away from Octopus Dive School - one of the best on the island! You can always snorkel in the protected bay with tons of marine life, even at night!

This fully furnished home is perfect for a couple or small family up to 4. We do not allow stays over 28 days.
