Large ground floor flat (no stairs) with two bedrooms (2*2.10 m and 1.50*2m beds). Fully equipped, heated floors in all rooms except kitchen. Laundry room. Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.

Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Huset har alt av nødvendigheter med eget bad, kjøkken, soverom i alkove og en flott utsikt. 5 minutter å gå til Holmenkollen stasjon og nærbutikk, 3 minutter til restaurant og skihoppet. Wifi og TV-med kabel og chromecast. Dessverre ikke plass til parkering på tomten, men det er gratis gateparkering rett ovenfor tomten, alltid ledig.
