Guests have their own private entrance & no shared indoor space. The back yard, deck & outdoor dining table is shared. The owner has a well trained friendly, dog on the premises. Please keep the front gate closed at all times & be prepared to say hello to Jet coming or going. Please do not use the BBQ. We are dedicated to hospitality, our main goal is making your stay excellent! The house is nestled in the Hollywood Hills, close to the famed Hollywood Bowl. This is a quiet and picturesque hillside neighborhood. It’s close to Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood and Vine, and Universal Studios. LA is a car culture & you will have the most freedown & flexiblity if you travel with a vehicle. However, if you are travelling without a car - this is a good spot. We are close to the Redline Metro Train. There are several close Metro bus stops that service the city. Uber & Lyft are also convenient options. A combo of bus, train & rideshare would be perfect if you are choosing not to drive during your visit.

1924 Spanish Retreat in the Hollywood Hills

Wake up to city views and soak up the sunshine at a classic Spanish Hollywood hideaway with Bohemian flavor. Eat breakfast on the terrace and look out over the treetops swaying in the cool breeze, before a hike to the famous Hollywood Sign. Gated, Spanish charmer in the Hollywood Hills, between Beachwood Canyon and the Hollywood Dell. Decks with views and outdoor living space/patio with hillside mediterranean gardens. House is divided - Guest will stay in the Two-Story Main House while Hosts live in the back of house with separate entrance. We are well-traveled creative types on premises in the divided back house. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

Honeymoon House in Hollywood Hills

About 3 mins drive up to the hills from the Sunset Plaza. Nice modern looking vintage house. Not the brand new condition. Invisible from outside by trees surrounding the house. City view from the second floor. Salted swimming pool can be heated at 83F degree. (Need to let us know before arriving) About 2,200 sq house out of 6,000 sq land. Must take off the shoes inside the house. No gathering, shooting or pets allowed. No music or outdoor activities after 10pm by city law. Thank you.
