Whether you’re relaxing at Wrightsville Beach, touring the iconic ‘One Tree Hill’ filming bridge, or golfing on the coast, you can do it all with ease from this centrally located downtown home!

Cute, comfortable cottage just 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington, 20-minute drive to the beach. Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Welcome to our beautiful 1950’s house located in the heart of Wilmington! This listing has been carefully designed with much love for our guests! It's central to everything Wilmington has to offer with just a short trip to Downtown Wilmington (4 mi), Wrightsville Beach (6 mi), UNCW (1.5 mi) and the Cargo District (2 mi). It has held so many precious memories for us and friends. We now hope it to be a new found oasis for you, our guests! Comfort awaits you at the Midtown Oasis at Winston!

Recently remodeled guesthouse on a quiet street near the heart of downtown Wilmington! Located in the Soda Pop District, you'll find several great breweries, coffee houses, and restaurants within a few blocks. After an afternoon of fun at the beach or visiting downtown shops and restaurants, kick back on the spacious front porch with a drink and fire or perhaps hang out on the comfy couch and enjoy some TV. No matter what brings you to our charming city, we hope you feel right at home.

The property is accessed from a quiet alley & includes covered parking beneath the unit. Two gracious bedrooms have large picture window views of a historic Azalea Festival garden & former coronation grounds. Bathroom has a double vanity & custom tile tub/shower. Lots of natural light adorns the open kitchen & living room. In unit laundry & dishwasher included.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

Bicycle Bungalow

This historic bungalow offers a cozy feel and creative vibe all while being conveniently located in the South Front District of Downtown, where you're only a short stroll away from some of Wilmington's favorite bars, restaurants, and breweries including walking distance to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and a 5 minute drive to the new Live Oak Pavilion featuring some of the countries biggest acts! The Pond View Loft Apartment offers a private retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond.
