Asobidokoro is a Japanese modern villa in a quiet corner of Lower Hirafu—just a 15-minute walk to the Grand Hirafu lifts, with a shuttle stop nearby. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, it’s perfect for families seeking a peaceful stay without sacrificing convenience. Inside, Japanese-inspired design meets modern comfort with a sunken dining area, gas fireplace, island kitchen, and utility room. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including a master with a deep Japanese-style tub.

This is a private rental villa, just a 2-min. drive from Rusutsu Resort. It takes 90-120 minutes by bus or car from Sapporo or New Chitose Airport to Rusutsu Resort. Niseko Mountain Guides Lodge

Fully furnished lodge that backs up to the forest at the base of Yotei-san, Niseko’s iconic stratovolcano. If relaxing with friends in a peaceful setting, cooking, and enjoying the radiating warmth and sounds of a wood-burning stove appeal to you after a great day of skiing, look no further. 20-30 minutes to all Niseko United resorts; 40 minutes to Rusutsu. We accept guests who are 10 years or older during the winter season and 6 years and older during the green season.

Tanoshii 3Bdrm Chalet

Tanoshii is a cosy three bedroom cabin split over two floors in Izumikyo, a few minutes from Hirafu resort. It is approx. 100M to the shuttle bus stop. Bedroom 1 has 1 x double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds, and bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI are standard, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is car parking for one car at the property. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV).

3BR Soga Chalet | Onsen-Style Bath & Yotei View

The chalet is a cozy and welcoming cocoon, perfect for family holidays. Following several successful seasons, we have upgraded the property with a redesigned kitchen ideal for dining up to 12 guests and added a new bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The chalet now offers 5 bedrooms, an open living space with Mount Yotei views, Bose sound system, Smart TV, and a 4WD Mitsubishi Delica. An anti-COVID-19 cleaning treatment is included before arrival.

Zangetsu Hirafu

Completed in 2016, Zangetsu is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in lower Hirafu villgae. Conveniently located just a short walk from the free shuttle bus. Featuring a home entertainment system and a free Netflix account there is plenty to keep the young ones entertained. One of the highlights is a sauna to help smoothe the muscles after a long day on the ski slopes. The house also has Air Conditioning for the warm summer months!
