Enjoy beautiful summers with a private dock for boating, paddle boarding or kayaking on the pond, enjoy the fall foliage or hop over to Pat's Peak or Mt Sunapee for some snowshoeing, snowmobiling or skiing in the winter! Located at the end of a dirt road with plenty of parking spaces. Please read House Rules & Additional Rules.

Enjoy a cozy stay at Keyser Pond Campground (renters must be 25+). Rate covers first 2 guests; additional guests are $10/person/night. Maximum 5 guests. 1 queen bed 2 twin beds in the loft 1 twin pull-out sofa Bedding & towels provided Summer: Enjoy family-friendly activities on Saturdays, plus a pond for fishing, boating, or swimming. Winter: Snowmobile trails are located across the street, and skiing/tubing at Pat’s Peak are only 5 miles away. No smoking or pets permitted inside the cabin.

Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. New Hampshire Chalet-Cabin, (Laconia Bike Week)

Spring is here in New Hampshire . This Chalet' style cabin will bring you back in time with all the amenities and privacy for a relaxing get a way. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will enjoy lake access only 500 feet down a dirt road. This Chalet is located near Fox State Forest for hiking. Enjoy the screened in porch to enjoy dinner, while being protected from the elements. For your comfort,cozy up to the Franklin wood burning stove after a day of sightseeing.

Rustic Studio by Woodland Stream

This simple, peaceful studio by our running stream has been used by our family as a song writing space, and a place for quiet reflection. Close to hiking on Ted's Trail and the Wapack Trail on North Pack Monadnock, just up the road. The studio has no electricity, and no running water except the stream for bathing. Outhouse is nearby. Bring your favorite lantern and a couple of flashlights, and anything else you like to have with you when you camp. We love this place--we hope you do too!

Secluded Lakeside Cabin

Secluded lakeside camp, newly updated - available June through October. Access by a private dirt road, surrounded by wooded area and natural paths. Cosy cabin that sleeps 6 with comfortable living space, screened in porch and private beach with your very own dock. Spend your days exploring by canoe, fishing, swimming to the raft or nearby sandbar and picking blueberries (seasonal) on islands dotted around the lake. Please note this is a seasonal property and not winterized currently.

A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The cabin has room for two inside (Two Twin or single King mattress options), but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*
