The Birch Suite: Large, Cozy NH Themed Apartment

Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

*We may make special exceptions for a dog. $50.00 fee per night. *The water from our well is excellent Comfortable, private apartment in a Mid-Century Modern house with stunning views of Mt. Monadnock and farm. 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed w/AC sleeps 2. NOTE: $50 fee for each bed after main bed. Fully equipped Kitchenette, Huge bathroom & Living room -Queen Hide-a-bed sleeps 2. The Cozy Corner is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston and NH Seacoast, close to Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots. 10 minutes from major shopping centers!

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.

There's the SNHU Center, Casino, Event Centers, pharmacies, retail stores, grocery stores, gas, Dollar Store, Dairy Queen, and other great Restaurants. within minutes drive. There's also basketball courts down the street!
