The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Hercules is located in the East Bay. Less than 30 minutes drive to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Marin County, Napa Wine Country, Concord and Walnut Creek. The studio is very close to the major freeway entrance (highway 4 and interstate 80) which makes it easy to travel around the bay area.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Studio Cottage: Very Private.

We use the Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and we use hospital level sterilization after each quest. We are 22 miles from San Francisco and 27 miles from Napa. Great location to enjoy both. Half-mile from freeway. Beautiful walking trail very near -- goes to the San Francisco Bay; enjoy beautiful sunsets. Coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby.
