Brand New Home in Frisco

Take it easy at this unique newly built getaway. Enjoy world class sunsets. You will feel as though you are high above the tree line in an elegant treehouse. This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Located conveniently across from the Crossroads on the Buxton Back Rd., everything in the village is very close, and the beach is within walking distance. Make sure to visit the Lighthouse, a short bike or drive away. This cute & new apartment has everything you need, and is complete with soft blankets, beautiful furnishings, and a gorgeous garden setting :) THIS UNIT HAS A QUEEN BED AND TWIN DAY WITH TWIN TRUNDLE. You are a 5-minute walk to the beaches of Hatteras, or a 3-minute drive to the ferry to Ocracoke.

Spring is in the air:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
