Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Forest Hideaway House with hot tub and trail

Guests enjoy the exclusive and private use of the cottage and 8 acre property on Harstine Island. Harstine Isl. State Park and Jarrell Cove State Park are a short drive away w/ access to Puget Sound. A trail meanders through the woods in the back half of the property, behind a small orchard. Relax and warm up in the hot tub under a canopy of trees. We have very fast high speed wifi internet, great for tv/movie streaming/working remotely. We are about 1 hr 45 min drive from World Cup in Seattle.

Relax with the whole family at our rustic cabin tucked in the woods on wonderful Harstine Island. Located at Hartstene Pointe, staying at our cabin gets you access to all the community offers, including, the community pool, hot tub, club house/community center, ping pong, and billiard tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids playgrounds, BBQs at the beach, 3+ miles of beach, and 5 miles of walking trails. Please note the pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Come relax at Shadie Pines! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

Enjoy nature and serenity on Harstine Island within the gated Harstene Pointe Community. With tasteful, minimal furnishings, this cabin is the perfect retreat for couples and families. With a pristine, beautiful beach less than half a mile away, and pool and hot tub access (late May through early Sept.), you're sure to find plenty to do (or not do) during your stay! Walk in the woods or the two waterfront parks on the island. Basic breakfast, coffee, tea, snacks, some condiments and spices are provided.
