Isgoed is a recently modernised headmaster’s house offering a unique, comfortable space for you to make beautiful memories. The 3 bedroom home is nestled in some of the country’s most stunning landscapes but offers much more with a world famous golf course, spectacular walks from sedate to challenging and top quality climbs. We’re also a mere 10 minute drive from glorious Harlech beach and that’s before we mention zipworld, the steam railways etc! The area really does have something for everyone

Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Criccieth luxury coastal cottage with garden.

This quaint newly refurb luxurious Cottage sleeps 4 with a large garden and patio area. The master bedroom offers sea views, and beach access is half a mile away. Situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque small town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales where all amenities can be found and our beautiful Castle. Breath taking walks can be accessed from the doorstep which can take you along the beautiful coastal path and/or venture through farmland and take in the fresh air.

Ffermdy Bach, close to Borth y Gest's coastal path

Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. A modern, light & beautifully situated dormer bungalow with two double and one twin bedrooms. Located on wooded hillside in a picturesque village in Snowdonia/Eryri with wonderful views. Scenic walks from house. Only 5 mins drive to Porthmadog with good shops, 10 mins to fabulous beaches at Borth y Gest & Morfa Bychan, 20 mins to Snowdon or Zip World. A few mins walk to a bar-restaurant. Well equipped kitchen, fibre broadband, 50" smart TV, Bluetooth audio, Alexa, washer-dryer, EV charger.

Bluebell is nestled in its own private garden overlooking the sea and stunning Rhinog Mountains. Picturesque hiking trails are on your doorstep with Harlech beach, town and castle a short walk away. The area has plenty on offer; scenic steam railways, the unique village of Portmeirion, sandy beaches, the excitement of Zipworld, numerous castles and Mount Snowdon (to name a few!) are just a car ride away. If you prefer not to venture out, you could always enjoy a game on our pétanque pitch!

Bus connections 5 mins. Idyllic spot with own private patio with dark skies for stargazing & views towards the sea. Dog friendly (max 2 dogs). All on 1 level with features to aid those with reduced mobility. NB: Step down from driveway then up 1 step to main entrance.

A great place to discover the delights of Wales with beaches and mountains on the doorstep. This quaint B&B is perfect for relaxing, with a sunny patio and excellent amenities. A continental breakfast is provided. This property is suitable for couples only and no pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE the annexe is B&B only. There are NO COOKING facilities other than a microwave and toaster.
