The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Our 1914 cottage has weathered many storms and stands tall with charm. She is well loved and lived in. We have chickens pecking in the garden, sun shining through our stained glass, spiders spinning webs, paint drips, palmetto bugs, cats napping, Spanish moss in the trees with a swing beneath, and a screened-in porch to take in the beauty of a long day's sunset. Rainy days are no problem, enjoy playing Ping Pong and Foos Ball, or just relaxing on the screened porch of the spacious garage/game room.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets.
