Avangard, a unique building on the border of the Kadriorg and City Centre districts, was originally built in 1911 as a rental place for Tallinn’s high society. Loft"Black & Red" with modern comforts is located on 3rd floor of the building. Big window is directly located to the south and this brings lot of sunlight into the apartment.
