Completed in December 2016, it has style, sun and is in a prime location on one of the upmarket streets of the village.\r\n\r\nIt has tasteful decor throughout, with quality furniture and Bosch appliances. It has a beautiful tiled open plan living area which has a heat pump and air conditioning unit. A 55 inch flat screen TV to kick back and enjoy!

Pahau Downs Farm B&B Stay

The farm is 5500 acres Sheep & Beef station, giving guests the chance to get a real feel for NZ. The cottage is self-contained,well decorated, guests are able to relax, enjoy a Farm Tour, free with two nights BBQ, Pool, Spa. DUE TO COVID Dinner service is not available. The Minimum night setting is two but if you would like to contact us, to see if we can help with your travel arrangements. We will do one night on request.
