Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Our new wooden guest house refurbished from old rice barn on stilts. Features a full kitchen downstairs. Main floor has a/c and a hot water shower. The balcony overlooks groves of bamboo beside a creek and rice fields. Great Thai and western food close by along with coffee shops, fruit vendors and one of Thailands famous handicraft villages. Hi, welcome to my house! We are lucky to have a big piece of land in the center city with quiet space surrounded. Nice to have relaxed space in our busy life. It is modified from traditional Lanna rice barn,improved to have better light,higher ceiling and comfortable facilities, fusions Japanese architecture too. The interior decor mainly are antique furniture and some art pieces. Guests use the whole house, pool and garden. All in the few key words: wooden,earthy,grounding, space.
